Alox (Aluminium Oxide) is the most common type of abrasive. It is an excellent starting point for most applications. It is the ideal solution when you want the ability to resist fracturing and medium aggressiveness. It is durable, with resistant cutting edges, showing continuous wear.

The foam is used to cushion the flexible abrasive, usually with a paper backing. It can have different thicknesses and elasticities.
