Alox (Aluminium Oxide) is the most common type of abrasive. It is an excellent starting point for most applications. It is the ideal solution when you want the ability to resist fracturing and medium aggressiveness. It is durable, with resistant cutting edges, showing continuous wear.

Polyester film is used as a support for precision polishing products. It is also used for belts and discs that require more resistance than paper, while maintaining flexibility, or when you want to ensure superior uniformity of the abrasive surface and better quality of the finishing.

The indicated grits are the most common for the operations in question, but they do not exhaust all available alternatives. We will be happy to help you find the best solution for your case.

The indicated dimensions are merely illustrative and are common in the industry. OTA does not list them, as it uses an MTO system tailored to the needs of each client.

OTA manufactures practically all types of joints, whatever the material. Although there are base references, OTA’s MTO model involves adapting the type of joint to each specific need.
